Here are some basic games / activities. I'll add more soon.....

Vocabulary Crosswords : A great way to use crosswords to review vocabulary and explaining skills.
Back To The Board : Another classic game for practicing explaining skills.
The Bomb Game : A quick game for practicing asking questions.
The "Whiteboard Attack" Game : Another good game for question practice.

If you want to give students listening practice outside of class, look at my Listening Homework page.

If you want students to prepare something to discuss in class, look at my Discussion Sheet activity.
The discussion sheet activity was originally designed for use in Japanese University classrooms but it can easily be modified by suggesting different sources for news articles. It is a very popular activity with students and you will be very surprised by some of the topics your students choose.
